The full menu at Ohana includes a full breakfast, lunch and healthy snack. Each meal and snack is balanced and nutritious and delicious for young palates! To optimize health, energy and nutrition for our children we ensure each meal comprises of healthfully prepared, whole foods. Our meals include fresh fruit, which is cut fresh daily and never canned! Part of our commitment to healthy eating means we believe sugar and salt should be enjoyed in moderation only and therefore, we prepare almost all meals from scratch. These efforts go a long way in avoiding unnecessary sugar and salt in the meals we serve our children.
